ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on moneyclothing.com are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during the weekend or peak periods.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer the following shipping rates in the UK below:

Standard (2-3 business days)-£4.95

Free shipping in the UK for all orders over £150
Stated fees at the time of checkout include Customs duties/taxes.
By choosing Express shipping, this does not bypass the processing time. Your order will be shipped after processing.

RETURN GUIDELINES

RETURN POLICY

 

  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on moneyclothing.com
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrance cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Money products not purchased from moneyclothing.com

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/ activity will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our terms of use.

If you want to send back your order for a refund please complete the return slip included with your packed with your items.
For your protection, please ensure you return your goods via recorded or registered post to the address stated below
